Human Resources (HR) Internship in Delhi, Gurgaon

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at V-Mart, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, English proficiency (spoken), video making, Canva, presentation skills, and analytical thinking will be essential in supporting our HR team.

• Coordinate Employee training and development programs, including creating presentations and training materials.
• Support Capability initiatives such as assigning Training on LXP, Organizing Learning contest-Gamefied & organizing Reward & recognition
• Collaborate with team members to analyze HR data and metrics for reporting and decision-making purposes.
• Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Create engaging video content for internal communications and training purposes.
• Utilize Canva to design visually appealing materials for HR campaigns and initiatives.
