Role Description

Growth Marketing Manager

CAC, MRR/ARR growth, and churn reduction


Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks)

  • Own and optimise the full growth marketing funnel across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
  • Manage and mentor a small team across content, SEO, and design
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel performance campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Guide SEO strategy and content marketing to drive inbound traffic and lead quality
  • Oversee out bound marketing automation and nurturing flows via HubSpot
  • Develop and improve landing pages, conversion paths, and user onboarding journeys
  • Monitor, report, and optimise key SaaS metrics:
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)

  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

  • Churn Rate (user and revenue)

  • Activation and retention rates

  • Work with Customer Success and Product teams to reduce churn and improve user engagement
  • Support sales enablement with collateral, campaign insights, and MQL handover
  • Run A/B tests and conversion experiments to improve funnel performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards for campaign performance and executive reporting
  • Stay current with SaaS marketing trends, growth tools, and best practices


Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record managing small teams and achieving measurable growth outcomes
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and how marketing impacts CAC, MRR, and churn
  • Experience running high-performing paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics platforms, and A/B testing tools
  • Deep knowledge of SEO strategy and content-led acquisition
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Bonus: Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or multi-brand portfolio growth
