Classe365 is a leading Unified Student Information, Learning Management, and CRM platform for educational institutions, while Hiree365 is our AI-powered employability and recruitment platform serving both educational institutions and corporates. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving organic growth across both platforms by developing and executing SEO and content strategies that not only perform well in traditional search engines but are also optimized for AI-powered search experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with our product messaging, customer journey, and overall marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement SEO strategies for Classe365 and Hiree365, with a strong focus on AI and semantic search optimization. Conduct keyword research, including AI SEO and topical authority mapping, to identify high-impact opportunities across our target markets. Create and manage high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our core audiences—educators, administrators, institutions, and recruiters. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure on-page SEO and technical SEO best practices are implemented. Monitor performance metrics and use analytics tools to refine strategies and improve content performance. Build topical clusters, FAQ sections, and schema markup that boost visibility in AI-generated answers and rich search results. Stay ahead of emerging SEO trends, especially related to AI and evolving search engine algorithms. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong content marketing background. Demonstrated success optimizing for both traditional and AI search platforms (e.g., Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity). Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B content marketing is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills. Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Clearscope, etc.). Role Description We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Classe365 and Hiree365 . This is a full-time remote role that combines strategy, hands-on marketing, and leadership managing cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will own the growth funnel and be accountable for driving key SaaS metrics such as CAC, MRR/ARR growth, and churn reduction . You’ll work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks) Own and optimise the full growth marketing funnel across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels Manage and mentor a small team across content, SEO, and design Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel performance campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) Guide SEO strategy and content marketing to drive inbound traffic and lead quality Oversee out bound marketing automation and nurturing flows via HubSpot Develop and improve landing pages, conversion paths, and user onboarding journeys Monitor, report, and optimise key SaaS metrics: Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Churn Rate (user and revenue) Activation and retention rates Work with Customer Success and Product teams to reduce churn and improve user engagement Support sales enablement with collateral, campaign insights, and MQL handover Run A/B tests and conversion experiments to improve funnel performance Build and maintain dashboards for campaign performance and executive reporting Stay current with SaaS marketing trends, growth tools, and best practices Qualifications 4–6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing at a SaaS company Proven track record managing small teams and achieving measurable growth outcomes Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and how marketing impacts CAC, MRR, and churn Experience running high-performing paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics platforms, and A/B testing tools Deep knowledge of SEO strategy and content-led acquisition Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Bonus: Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or multi-brand portfolio growth
