We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO & Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at 365.software, the parent company of Classe365 and Hiree365. Classe365 is a leading Unified Student Information, Learning Management, and CRM platform for educational institutions, while Hiree365 is our AI-powered employability and recruitment platform serving both educational institutions and corporates.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving organic growth across both platforms by developing and executing SEO and content strategies that not only perform well in traditional search engines but are also optimized for AI-powered search experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with our product messaging, customer journey, and overall marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for Classe365 and Hiree365, with a strong focus on AI and semantic search optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, including AI SEO and topical authority mapping, to identify high-impact opportunities across our target markets.
  • Create and manage high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our core audiences—educators, administrators, institutions, and recruiters.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure on-page SEO and technical SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Monitor performance metrics and use analytics tools to refine strategies and improve content performance.
  • Build topical clusters, FAQ sections, and schema markup that boost visibility in AI-generated answers and rich search results.
  • Stay ahead of emerging SEO trends, especially related to AI and evolving search engine algorithms.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong content marketing background.
  • Demonstrated success optimizing for both traditional and AI search platforms (e.g., Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B content marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Clearscope, etc.).
