As a Growth Marketer in the Ecommerce sector, your primary responsibility will be to delve deep into your clients" businesses, markets, and consumers to ensure the highest possible return on investment from their Performance Marketing initiatives. Your expertise in identifying client requirements and crafting engaging digital campaigns will be vital in driving conversions. You will also be adept at optimizing Landing pages and user funnels, leveraging your understanding of UI & UX principles. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing detailed data to optimize websites, conducting A/B tests, and formulating growth marketing strategies based on data insights. You will collaborate with the media team to execute campaigns across various digital platforms and measure their success effectively. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in creating digital marketing strategies aligned with the overarching business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. To excel in this role, you should be process-oriented with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a growth marketer in the Ecommerce (D2C) domain. Strong analytical skills, a master's degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Business Intelligence, and proficiency in project management are essential requirements. Expertise in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FB/other social media Analytics, Heat Maps, and platforms like Mixpanel is crucial. Experience with Marketing Automation software like Leadsquared, Mautic, Hubspot, Adobe, Salesforce, and other automation tools will be advantageous. Your ability to identify exciting marketing opportunities in new technologies and emerging trends, along with your natural inclination towards absorbing technological, data-based, and creative concepts, will set you apart in this role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Content, and Design, to develop compelling campaigns for end-users will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to continuously refine methodologies for enhancing data analysis to drive business growth.,
