By analyzing consumer behavior, you gain valuable insights that inform your design decisions and optimize user interactions with digital assets. Collaboration is key, as you work closely with Researchers, Strategists, Technologists, and Brand Developers to create user-flows, wireframes, and prototypes that meet business objectives. Your ability to introduce innovative UI elements and create compelling user experiences sets you apart. You are adept at storytelling and rapid prototyping, using a range of methods from paper sketching to digital prototyping to bring ideas to life. Your goal is to provide tangible solutions that resonate with both the Asymmetrique team and clients. To thrive in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in interaction design, with a deep understanding of social innovation, business, and design principles. Proficiency in user-centered design, current design trends, and interaction technologies is essential. You should be familiar with a variety of tools and technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular.js, Backbone, Native Android/iOS toolkits, and interaction design software like Adobe Creative Suite, InVision Studio, and Axure.
