Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging digital experiences for our platforms. You will combine user empathy with business goals, working closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that improve usability, efficiency, and delight for both clients and internal users.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver impactful user experiences.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction designs including micro-interactions and motion concepts to communicate ideas effectively.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse behavioural data to inform design decisions.

• Create and maintain Hexalog’s design systems, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms.

• Incorporate accessibility and best-practice interaction design principles into all deliverables.

• Utilize design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro, etc.) and analytics platforms to validate and refine designs.

• Advocate for user-centric design principles and mentor junior designers where applicable.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in User Experience and Interaction Design with a strong portfolio.

• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design fundamentals.

• Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro, or equivalent.

• Strong analytical skills to apply user research and data insights to design solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, logistics, or B2B products.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional workflows.

• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system with interaction patterns.
