Job Summary:

Interaction Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize

  interactive behaviors, flows, and interfaces

  across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate complex product requirements into

  intuitive user journeys and wireframes

  .
• Collaborate with UX researchers to understand

  user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns

  .
• Prototype and test

  interactive concepts

  using tools such as Figma, Axure, or Principle.
• Work with visual designers to ensure interaction and aesthetics align seamlessly.
  
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate

  implementation of interaction specifications

  .
• Iterate on designs based on

  user feedback, analytics, and usability testing

  .
• Maintain and contribute to

  design systems and interaction libraries

  for consistency across products.
• Stay current with

  emerging interaction design trends, UI patterns, and accessibility standards

  .

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience designing

  micro-interactions, motion design, or animations

  (After Effects, Lottie, Principle).
• Knowledge of

  HTML, CSS, or front-end development principles

  for designdev collaboration.
• Experience with

  design systems, component libraries

  , and scalable interaction frameworks.
