In this role, you'll play a key part in accelerating our user acquisition, retention, and engagement across various channels. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling growth strategies that directly impact business metrics and help take our brand to the next level. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and data analytics, with a knack for experimentation and a passion for uncovering new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement multi-channel growth strategies across paid media, SEO, content, email marketing, and social media to drive user acquisition and lead generation. Manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant networks. Identify and test new channels and tactics to achieve business growth targets. Optimize the customer journey through conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and personalized content strategies. Analyze campaign performance and website analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to uncover insights and areas for improvement. Own KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, activation rates, and retention. Collaborate with design, content, product, and sales teams to align on messaging, offers, and campaigns that support company goals. Plan and execute email nurturing campaigns and lifecycle marketing strategies to boost engagement and reduce churn. Drive and manage partnerships, referral programs, and influencer campaigns as alternate growth levers. Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to stay ahead of industry benchmarks and adapt strategy accordingly. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles, ideally in a startup or digital-first company. Proven track record of successfully scaling digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results. Strong understanding of paid media strategies, SEO, email marketing, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc. Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools to translate insights into actionable strategies. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or working with developers/designers to create high-converting landing pages is a plus.
