About This Role
Growth Marketer
Someone who looks at dashboards like a trader watches charts — every click, conversion, and
ROAS tells a story.

Core Responsibilities
1. Website & Landing Page CRO
- Run A/B tests and optimize product pages and landing pages for higher conversion rates.
- Work closely with design and dev teams to improve user flow, speed, and UX.
- Set up and interpret heatmaps, scroll maps, and funnel analytics to find opportunities.
2. Meta Ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta.
- Analyze creative performance, audience data, and conversion metrics daily.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test new hooks, angles, and offers.
3. Email Marketing
- Build, segment, and optimize automated email flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Retention, etc.).
- Drive strong open rates, CTRs, and repeat purchases through storytelling-driven copy and offers.
- Work closely with design to ensure brand consistency and high deliverability.
4. Google Ads
- Manage and scale high-intent search, shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
- Optimize keywords, bidding strategies, and ad copy for profitable growth.
- Track attribution and ensure alignment with Meta campaigns.
5. Customer Retention Optimization
- Track cohort data, repeat rate, LTV, and churn.
- Build and test retention plays — bundles, email flows, win-back offers, and loyalty incentives.
- Identify key customer segments and tailor messaging for each stage of their journey.

Ideal Candidates
- 2–5 years of experience in D2C or performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of Meta, Google, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong grasp of numbers — CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, and retention metrics.
- Obsessed with optimization — you’re always testing, learning, and iterating.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels and buyer psychology.
- Hands-on attitude — you’re not just planning; you’re in the weeds executing.
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Mailchimp, and landing page builders like Replo/Unbounce.
