Role and Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and optimise WA, SMS and email marketing campaigns to generate leads

and improve customer engagement.

● Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and designs to improve open

rates and CTR.

● Perform bulk/mass mailing campaigns while ensuring proper segmentation and targeting.

● Build, manage, and maintain subscriber lists while ensuring data accuracy and compliance

with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

● Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate,

conversions) and prepare reports with insights.

● Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to craft compelling email content.

● Implement automation workflows (drip campaigns, nurture campaigns, re-engagement

campaigns).

● Ensure deliverability best practices, avoiding spam filters and maintaining domain

reputation

● Utilise email marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, Zoho

Campaigns, or similar).

Must-Have Skills:

● Strong experience with email marketing tools

● Proven expertise in A/B testing and campaign optimisation.

● Hands-on experience in bulk/mass mailing campaigns.

● Knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation.

● An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

● Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Good to Have:

● Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customisation.

● Experience in edTech Industry

● Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
