We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented design intern who loves making ideas come alive across digital experiences. This role goes beyond wireframes and features — you’ll design beautiful user flows, engaging ads, and compelling visuals (including photos, videos, and animations) that together shape how people experience our product and brand. If you enjoy blending artistry with usability, and want to see your work in a live product while also contributing to campaigns and storytelling, this is for you.  Responsibilities Design end-to-end mockups and UI workflows for production-ready mobile applications. Create visual campaigns: ads, social media creatives, photos, videos, and animations. Contribute to and refine our design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with the founder, product, and engineering team to bring ideas from sketch to reality. Maintain a strong focus on details, craft, and user delight in all outputs. The ideal candidate has: An educational background in design, visual arts, animation, graphic design, or a related creative discipline; candidates from engineering or other fields with strong design skills are also encouraged to apply. Strong visual design sensibility — an eye for typography, color, layout, and composition. Detail-oriented approach with a passion for producing beautiful, usable, and polished designs. Experience (professional, academic or personal) with UI/UX design principles and designing intuitive user flows. Creativity across multiple mediums — including mobile app UI, web UI, ads, social media creatives, photos, videos, and animations. Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar (specific tools are flexible). Past coursework, projects, or internships in graphic design, UI/UX, or motion design are highly desirable but not mandatory. A portfolio (academic, freelance, or personal work) that demonstrates artistic skill, skill, creativity, problem-solving through design and attention to detail. Skills Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design. Ability to design mobile app UIs and ads (from mockups to polished flows). We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Part-Time Growth Marketer to help us scale our B2C mobile app from 0→1 and beyond. This is a part-time role (10–20 hrs/week) for a marketer who knows how to acquire and activate users in the earliest stages of a product’s journey. You’ll own user-acquisition strategy end-to-end — from launching campaigns and building acquisition funnels to measuring performance in Firebase and GA4 and constantly improving ROI. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in mobile app user acquisition / performance marketing for B2C consumer apps. Demonstrated success scaling apps from 0→1 (early-stage to 10K+ active users) with efficient CPI and CAC. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and other UA ad platforms such as Meta and/or TikTok ads. Strong proficiency with one or more leading analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, and Firebase for funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and event-level attribution. Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular for attribution and campaign optimization. Highly analytical and experiment-driven, with a strong grasp of budgeting, ROAS, and LTV metrics. Able to thrive in a lean, fast-moving startup environment and work independently in a part-time capacity.
