data-driven, results-oriented Part-Time Growth Marketer


This is a part-time role (10–20 hrs/week) for a marketer who knows how to acquire and activate users in the earliest stages of a product’s journey.

Part-Time Growth Marketer (10–20 hrs/week)

You will own the user acquisition strategy end-to-end — from designing campaigns and building acquisition funnels to analyzing results in Firebase and GA4 and continuously improving ROI.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, and other high-impact channels.
  • Design the initial 0→1 growth playbook, prioritizing experiments that deliver the fastest traction at optimal CPI/CAC.
  • Partner with the team to improve App Store Optimization (ASO) and drive organic installs alongside paid growth.
  • Implement robust tracking and attribution with Firebase and GA4 to measure conversion funnels, retention, and ROI.
  • Build and run rapid A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to identify winning combinations.
  • Provide regular reporting on user acquisition metrics, performance insights, and budget recommendations.

  • Identify and launch low-cost acquisition initiatives (referrals, creator campaigns, early-adopter programs) to supplement paid spend.

Requirements


  • 3-5 years of experience in mobile app user acquisition / performance marketing for B2C consumer apps.
  • Demonstrated success scaling apps from 0→1 (early-stage to 10K+ active users) with efficient CPI and CAC.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and other UA ad platforms such as Meta and/or TikTok ads.

  • Strong proficiency with one or more leading analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, and Firebase for funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and event-level attribution.

  • Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular for attribution and campaign optimization.

  • Highly analytical and experiment-driven, with a strong grasp of budgeting, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
  • Able to thrive in a lean, fast-moving startup environment and work independently in a part-time capacity.
  • Available to collaborate closely with the team through regular syncs to gain a deep understanding of the application and roadmap, and to translate performance metrics into actionable insights that inform improvements to creatives and user flows.
