Growth Marketer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, influencer, referral, partnerships).Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion to retention.Run experiments and A/B tests to identify scalable growth tactics.Work closely with the product team to improve user experience and conversion rates.Leverage analytics & data tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.) to track KPIs, customer journey, and campaign ROI.Drive content and community initiatives to build brand visibility and engagement.Explore new channels & trends (AI-driven marketing, growth loops, automation).Manage budgets efficiently to maximize CAC-to-LTV ratio.Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in growth marketing/digital marketing/performance marketing (26+ years depending on role level).Strong knowledge of paid & organic acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, Influencer, etc.).Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, CRM systems).Experience in running experiments and scaling successful growth campaigns.Understanding of customer lifecycle, funnel optimization, and retention strategies.Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/SQL skills preferred.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
