ZocialOne is building the future of AI-powered social media marketing for Indian businesses — across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business & more. We help businesses grow by automating 90% of their social media marketing — strategy, content, captions, posting, engagement, and analytics.

We’re at an early but exciting stage — and now looking for someone who’s hungry to prove themselves by driving real, number-driven growth.

What You’ll Own (End-to-End Marketing)

• Social Media (Organic): Run Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn with hooks, captions, reels & campaigns that bring real business users (not just likes).
• Meta Ads: Execute and optimize ad campaigns — installs, signups, referrals, sales. Test → fail → learn → scale.
• Referrals & Influencer Growth: Create viral loops via referral programs and influencer outreach.
• Website & SEO: Take ownership of website content & experiments to drive organic traffic and conversions.
• Growth Experiments: Launch bold, scrappy campaigns. Push for viral, measurable results.
• Community & Events: Run webinars, WhatsApp/LinkedIn groups, and other initiatives to build engaged communities.

(Note: You won’t handle design — our in-house designer covers that. But every other part of marketing is yours to run.)

You’re a Fit If You…

• Have 2+ years of B2B social media marketing experience (FB, IG, LinkedIn) with proof of leads, installs, or sales.
• Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads (installs, conversions, sales).
• Are metrics-driven — you care about installs, leads, revenue, not vanity likes.
• Thrive on energy, creativity, and innovation — see content opportunities everywhere.
• Can fail multiple times and still push harder until you crack the goal.
• Understand what Indian businesses want (simple, effective, ROI-driven).
• Are empathetic, humble, and hungry to learn fast.
• Have a “get it done” mindset — no hand-holding required.
