What You'll Be Doing

  • Crafting and sending strategic emails: Cold outreach to fresh leads, warm nurturing to existing clients – all personalized, punchy, and designed to spark interest.
  • Booking and owning discovery calls/meetings: Qualify opportunities, dive into client needs, and pitch how our agency services can supercharge their projects or companies.
  • Researching and ideating innovative growth strategies: From viral social campaigns to partnerships and beyond, you'll spot opportunities to amplify our visibility and bring in more business.
  • Collaborating on internal growth decisions: Help shape our marketing playbook to make us more known, more booked, and more badass in the agency space.
  • Analyzing performance: Track what's working (and what's not), iterate fast, and keep pushing for better results.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in outbound sales/marketing, especially email campaigns that actually convert.
  • A track record of booking meetings and closing deals in an agency or B2B setting.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for innovative growth tactics (bonus if you've grown an agency's pipeline before).
  • Data-driven: You love metrics and using them to refine strategies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Tools You Should Know (or Be Ready to Master)

  • Email platforms: HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign for campaigns and automation.
  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive to track leads and deals.
  • Outreach tools: Apollo.io, Lemlist, or Instantly for cold emailing.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar for insights.
  • Social & Ads: LinkedIn, Twitter/X tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
  • Bonus: SEO tools like Ahrefs/Semrush, or content schedulers like Buffer/Hootsuite.


Compensation

30k+ INR /month base salary (depending on experience), plus performance bonuses tied to deals closed. We believe in rewarding real impact.
