We’re now hiring our first full-time HR — someone who wants to own the entire HR function, not just do paperwork. If you’re the kind of person who loves building processes, creating culture, helping people grow, and setting up HR from scratch in a fast-moving startup — you’ll love this role.


What You’ll Own (End-to-End HR)

  • Talent acquisition — write JDs, manage hiring funnel, schedule interviews, onboard new talent
  • Build HR policies — leaves, attendance, culture code, appraisal process, employee handbook
  • Employee experience — onboarding, feedback, engagement, check-ins, conflict handling
  • Admin & HR ops — contracts, offer letters, exit formalities, payroll coordination, asset tracking
  • Compliance — PoSH setup, HR documentation for investors/legal
  • Culture building — team rituals, bonding activities, founder-employee alignment
  • Performance systems — KRAs, reviews, low-performer handling, growth plans
  • Be the bridge between founders & team — safe, empathetic, confidential
