Role Overview

HR Recruiter / HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and corporate roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and social media.
• Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and close positions within timelines.
• Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
  

HR Generalist Activities

• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR registers.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
• Assist in performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Handle basic grievance management and employee coordination.
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory guidelines.
• Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams when required.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or relevant discipline.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience

  in HR recruitment and generalist functions.
• Strong exposure to hospitality or manpower consultancy hiring.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic HR systems.
  

Salary & CTC Breakup

• In-hand Salary:

  ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• CTC Includes:

• Basic Salary
• HRA
• Special Allowance

• Provident Fund (PF):

  As per statutory norms
• Other benefits as per company policy.
