Assistant Manager Compliance

As an Assistant Compliance Manager at VCare Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in strengthening the HR & Statutory Compliance function. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and monitoring end-to-end statutory and labor law compliance for all branches and client sites. - Ensuring timely filing and submission of PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory returns. - Conducting internal audits, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions. - Maintaining and updating all statutory registers, licenses, and records as per legal requirements. - Coordinating with labor departments, consultants, and vendors for compliance-related matters. - Preparing and sharing monthly and quarterly compliance reports with management. - Supporting client audits and ensuring smooth compliance documentation during inspections. - Keeping abreast of amendments in labor laws and communicating updates to relevant departments. - Training and guiding site HR/executive teams on compliance processes and statutory norms. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate in HR / Commerce / Law or related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR or statutory compliance (preferably in facility management or hospitality industry). - Strong understanding of labor laws, audits, and statutory returns filing. - Excellent attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance tracking tools.
