Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one consultations with participants to assess dietary habits, lifestyle, medical history, and nutritional needs. Create personalized diet plans considering participants' food preferences, cultural food types, health conditions, and weight management goals. Educate and coach participants on ideal weight loss practices , portion control, mindful eating, and sustainable nutrition habits. Facilitate cohort-based coaching sessions , encouraging group participation, knowledge-sharing, and mutual support.
