Role Overview: HabitNu is launching its flagship GLP-1 behavioral support and weight loss platform in India and we're looking for a strategic, creative leader to shape how it's introduced, understood, and embraced. As our India Brand and Market Strategist, you'll own the narrative, positioning, and go-to-market plan. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to help build a wellness brand from the ground up. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer (U.S.) and collaborate closely with both Indian and U.S.-based marketing and product teams. This role will define how HabitNu's GLP-1 wellness program - built to support users of medications like Mounjaro or Ozempic - is positioned and scaled in India. Key Responsibilities: Lead go-to-market strategy for our GLP-1 companion product in India Develop brand voice, messaging, and positioning tailored for Indian consumers Own execution of launch campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and offline channels Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative freelancers to produce compelling content and visuals Partner with U.S. marketing and product teams to localize features, pricing, and user journeys Shape the full consumer journey - from ad to sign-up to ongoing engagement Monitor market trends, user feedback, and campaign data to optimize positioning and performance Build HabitNu's brand presence with key stakeholders - clinics, influencers, media, and healthcare leaders Lead influencer outreach, content partnerships, and social amplification strategies across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta.
