As the India Brand and Market Strategist at HabitNu, your role is pivotal in shaping the introduction, understanding, and acceptance of the flagship GLP-1 behavioral support and weight loss platform in India. You will have the opportunity to own the narrative, positioning, and go-to-market plan, contributing significantly to building a wellness brand from the ground up in a startup environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the go-to-market strategy for HabitNu's GLP-1 companion product in India. - Develop a brand voice, messaging, and positioning tailored specifically for Indian consumers. - Take charge of executing launch campaigns across various channels such as digital, PR, influencer, and offline. - Work closely with designers, copywriters, and creative freelancers to create compelling content and visuals. - Collaborate with U.S.-based marketing and product teams to localize features, pricing, and user journeys. - Shape the complete consumer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from advertisement to sign-up to ongoing engagement. - Monitor market trends, user feedback, and campaign data to optimize positioning and performance. - Establish HabitNu's brand presence with key stakeholders including clinics, influencers, media, and healthcare leaders. - Lead influencer outreach, content partnerships, and social amplification strategies across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related fields. - Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. - Ability to analyze data and market insights to drive informed decisions. - Experience in launching and scaling products in a dynamic environment. - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends.
