Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketer, located in Gandhinagar. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for strategizing and executing growth marketing initiatives, analyzing marketing data, applying growth hacking techniques, generating leads, and performing web analytics. The role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to drive Shira MedTech's marketing objectives and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking techniques
• Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics
• Experience in Lead Generation strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Formal education in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not necessary
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
