Growth Marketer

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support multi-channel marketing across
Social Media, Performance Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Content
.
Analyse dashboards, interpret data, identify what’s working, and prepare simple weekly/monthly reports.
Run small experiments, test new ideas, and optimise campaigns for better results.
Plan platform-wise content needs and coordinate with design, content, SEO, and ads teams.
Track website traffic, leads, conversions, CPL, CPS, ROI, and funnel performance.
Identify SEO/content gaps and coordinate fixes with the team.
Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
Support overall brand visibility and improve user journey and conversions.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience
in digital marketing with exposure to multiple channels.
Working knowledge of
Meta/Google/LinkedIn Ads
,
basic SEO
,
email tools (Mailchimp/HubSpot/SendGrid)
, and content planning.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, user behaviour, and performance tracking.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and learn quickly.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in a
startup or fast-paced environment
is a plus.
