Role and responsibilities:

Growth Marketer,

CRM & Database Marketing

? Manage and segment the CRM database to enable personalized, data-driven outreach.

? Design and execute nurture flows to re-engage dormant leads and improve lead-to-customer conversions.

Campaign Design & Execution

? Plan and run outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.), tailored to regional preferences (UAE, Malaysia, US).

? Create compelling content and campaign assets to support lead activation, nurturing, and acquisition.

? Continuously test and optimize messaging, formats, and cadences to enhance performance.

Performance & Insights

? Track key campaign metrics (open/click rates, conversions, pipeline contribution).

? Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for Sales and Marketing leadership.

Sales Alignment

? Collaborate closely with the Sales team to translate insights into targeted campaigns.

? Support lead nurturing across the MQL ? SQL ? Closed-Won funnel stages.

What We're Looking For

? 45 years of experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or database marketing.

? Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Email Marketing, and Content Creation Tools

? Database Tools: Apollo, Clay, Dripify

? Email Marketing Tools: Instantly, Mailchimp, Hubspot

? Assets Creation: Lovable, Canva

? Strong analytical skills - able to turn data into decisions.

? Experience designing and running multi-channel nurture campaigns.

? Comfort working across geographies and tailoring campaigns to market needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.

? A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
