Role Description

Business Development Executive


Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads

    through various channels, including networking, inbound inquiries, and outreach.
  • Pitch

    iOTA’s digital marketing, branding, and content solutions

    to potential clients.
  • Develop

    sales strategies

    to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct

    cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

    to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong

    relationships with new and existing clients

    to drive repeat business.
  • Work closely with the

    marketing and creative teams

    to customize proposals.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Use

    CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize conversion rates

    .
  • Represent

    iOTA at industry events, networking meets, and conferences

    .



Requirements:

  • Atleast 6 months

    of experience in

    business development, sales, or client acquisition

    .
  • Basic understanding of

    digital marketing, branding, and social media marketing

    .
  • Strong

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Ability to

    identify client pain points and offer customized solutions

    .
  • Proficiency in

    lead generation and sales outreach (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn prospecting, etc.)

    .
  • Target-driven mindset with

    a passion for sales and closing deals

    .
  • Experience with

    CRM tools and sales analytics

    is a plus.
