Role Overview :

Student Relationship Officer (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute BTL marketing campaigns across Kota, especially in student-dense areas.
• Set up and manage BTL stalls in coaching centers, colleges, events, and public spaces.
• Engage with students, explain offerings, and collect high-quality leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with coaching centers, student coordinators, and campus representatives.
• Calling students/leads to provide information, conduct follow-ups, and support conversions.
• Coordinate with vendors for stall setup, branding materials, and logistics.
• Ensure all on-ground branding meets company standards.
• Support the marketing team during seminars, student meets, and promotional activities.
• Supervise field promoters and ensure smooth execution of campaigns

Skills & Requirements

• Female candidate
• Immediate joiner preferre
• Must have a laptop for reporting and coordination
• Must have a bike/two-wheeler for field visits across Kota
• Valid driving license is mandatory
• Native speaker of the local language (Rajasthani/Hindi)
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in public interaction
• Comfortable interacting with students and handling large crowds
• Prior experience in BTL/field marketing/student outreach is an added advantage
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Energetic, approachable, and field-ready

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)
• 03 years experience in BTL, student engagement, or field marketing
• Local candidates from Kota preferred or willing to relocate

Internship + Employment Details

• First 2 Months:

  Internship (training + performance evaluation)

• Post Internship:

  Full-time employment upon successful performance

• CTC:

  3–6 LPA after confirmation
