Greetings, We are seeking a proactive and hands-on BTL Marketing Manager to lead one of India's leading Fertility Centers below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities across the assigned region. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing hyperlocal campaigns such as fertility awareness camps, clinic-level engagement, partnerships, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare or service-based field marketing, a strong understanding of the local market, and the ability to foster meaningful community connections. Key Responsibilities Local Campaign Execution Plan and execute on-ground BTL marketing activities such as fertility camps, awareness drives, and outreach events. Identify high-potential areas and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Community & Hyperlocal Engagement Build strong partnerships with clinics, pharmacies, local influencers, NGOs, and community leaders. Adapt and localize campaigns based on regional audience behavior and demographics. Social Media Management Manage clinic-level social media pages with engaging and relevant content. Capture and share live updates, testimonials, and community stories from events. Event Management Lead end-to-end organization of fertility camps and brand events, including venue finalization, promotions, vendor coordination, and execution. Ensure smooth event delivery and a positive stakeholder experience. Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain detailed reports of BTL activities, leads generated, ROI, and budget utilization. Share weekly and monthly reports with the BTL Marketing Head and recommend improvements. Brand Representation Represent the brand professionally in all community and stakeholder interactions. Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards across all materials and communications. Coordination & Compliance Work closely with central marketing and operations teams to align messaging and campaign objectives. Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and company policies during activities Candidate Profile Qualifications & Experience 24 years of experience in BTL/field marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or other service-oriented sectors. Proven track record of managing events, field campaigns, and vendor partnerships. Fluency in the local language (Telugu preferred) and strong knowledge of local geography and culture. Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with agility to manage on-ground challenges. Familiarity with digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for local engagement.
