Urgent Opening for Business Development Executive in IT Company @ Zirakpur Punjab Location.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys scouting, pitching, and building client relationships, with opportunities to grow into full client ownership and senior BD responsibilities over time.
- Manage and optimize our Upwork profile and portfolio for better visibility.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities on Upwork and other job boards.- Write and submit customized, high-conversion proposals.- Communicate with clients in early stages: requirement gathering, clarifications, initial negotiations.- Support in deal closures alongside the founding team.- Track BD metrics: proposals sent, response rates, conversions, and revenue influenced.- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
