About the role

Growth Marketer

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and iterate multi-channel growth strategies across email, social media, SEO/SEM, content, and paid advertising.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion funnels, activation, and user retention.
  • Track and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and CRM dashboards to generate actionable insights.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns and referral programs to drive qualified traffic and high-intent signups.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and content teams to align growth experiments with roadmap and user needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and channels.
  • Own reporting on key growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and campaign ROI, and drive continuous optimization.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience

    in growth or digital marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
  • Hands-on proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, basic A/B testing tools) and spreadsheets; exposure to SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative experimentation skills.
  • Practical experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and content teams.

Nice-to-have skills

  • Experience with growth automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of product-led growth principles, user acquisition funnels, and lifecycle marketing.
  • B2B, SaaS, or enterprise marketing experience (including ABM and performance campaigns).
  • Familiarity with referral programs, content SEO, and managing lead funnels in CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
