Role: Growth Marketer (₹20,000/month) Metaflow AI is hiring a hands-on growth marketer who can ship work quickly, learn fast, and care about quality. You’ll work across: content, email, SEO, AEO, organic social - LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. What you’ll do Write and edit copy for emails, blogs, socials, lead magnets, and outbound. Build and launch assets using prompts, templates, AI workflows, and agents. Set up and optimize systems like CRM, lead flows, GTM, GA4, and reports. Own execution from small copy tweaks to bigger projects with a “do more with less” mindset. What you bring Knows what great looks like - great at copy writing, understands marketing deeply Email and outbound skill that has driven real replies, meetings, or revenue. Speed to take campaigns from idea to live in hours or days, not weeks. Organic growth experience across SEO, social, and content. Automation fluency with tools like Metaflow AI, Zapier, HubSpot workflows. Data mindset with comfort in GTM, GA4, funnels, and performance metrics. B2B background with at least 4 years in SaaS or agency environments. Compensation: ₹20,000 per month.
