Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator in Gurugram. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content for various platforms, developing and implementing social media strategies, monitoring social media trends, and interacting with followers to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, plan, produce, and post short-form video content for Reels that aligns with our brand's objectives and resonates with our target audience. Create scripts, and storyboards, Write post copies to ensure a clear vision for each Reels video, including dialogue, captions, and visual elements. Craft engaging narratives and compelling storylines that captivate viewers, leveraging creative writing and storytelling skills. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in short-form video content on Reels and other relevant platforms to keep our content fresh and competitive. Execute video shoots, including filming, editing, and post-production work, while ensuring high-quality output that meets platform-specific requirements Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas that showcase our brand's unique voice and personality Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Experience only upto 12 - 18 months Comfortable in front of the camera with the ability to speak clearly and confidently, while also being knowledgeable about social media best practices (keywords, hashtags, etc.) Proven experience in content creation for Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, or similar platforms. We’re looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to grow our B2B network by onboarding and nurturing new partnerships Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales by identifying, approaching, and converting retail partners in your assigned territory. Build and scale a network of Grest-certified sellers and partners. Own and manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closure and after-sales relationship. Conduct regular visits, ensure order fulfilment, and resolve any partner queries or issues. Analyze territory potential, track performance, and consistently achieve monthly targets. Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and product teams to improve partner experience. What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in B2B/channel sales, preferably in electronics, telecom, FMCG, or tech. Strong local market knowledge and relationships with retailers/resellers is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent at building long-term partnerships.
