Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales by identifying, approaching, and converting retail partners in your assigned territory.
• Build and scale a network of Grest-certified sellers and partners.
• Own and manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closure and after-sales relationship.
• Conduct regular visits, ensure order fulfilment, and resolve any partner queries or issues.
• Analyze territory potential, track performance, and consistently achieve monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and product teams to improve partner experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B/channel sales, preferably in electronics, telecom, FMCG, or tech.
• Strong local market knowledge and relationships with retailers/resellers is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent at building long-term partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
