We are a leading Hindi newspaper daily with a strong legacy in print, now focused on aggressively scaling our digital presence across website, app, social media and YouTube. We are looking for a Growth Manager who can take charge of our digital expansion and deliver measurable results in a short time.

Role Overview -

The Growth Manager will own the digital growth strategy and execution, ensuring rapid audience acquisition, engagement and monetization across platforms. 

This role demands a sharp, data-driven professional with proven success in scaling media brands or similar businesses.

Key Responsibilities -

- Develop and execute growth strategies for website, mobile app, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) and YouTube

- Drive audience acquisition, retention, and engagement across all digital properties

- Lead SEO, SEM and performance marketing efforts to grow traffic and user base

- Identify and execute new monetization opportunities including subscriptions, ads, partnerships and influencer collaborations

- Build data-driven user funnels and optimize campaigns for ROI

- Collaborate with editorial, design, video and product teams for integrated growth strategies

- Track key metrics (traffic, downloads, CTR, engagement, retention, revenue) and provide regular reporting to leadership

- Stay updated with latest digital media trends, algorithms and growth hacks to keep the brand ahead of competition

Desired Candidate Profile -

- 5–8 years of proven experience in digital growth, brand scaling or audience development (media/publishing background preferred)

- Strong expertise in SEO, social media algorithms, YouTube growth strategies and app marketing

- Experience in running successful paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)

- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, YouTube Analytics, Meta Business Suite

- Strong networking skills to build collaborations and partnerships

- Creative thinker with executional agility—ability to deliver impact in short timelines

- Fluency in Hindi and English (written + spoken)
