About the Role- We’re looking for a Growth Manager who brings energy, curiosity, and exceptional people skills to the table. This role is all about communication, initiative, and learning agility — not prior technical experience. You’ll help Tads expand its presence across universities and digital channels, connect with students, and ensure that every conversation translates into opportunity. If you love meeting people, taking ownership, and learning fast - - you’ll thrive at Tads. What You’ll Do? Lead outreach and engagement across university campuses — building collaborations with student leaders, placement cells, and faculty representatives. Coordinate and execute awareness campaigns (email, WhatsApp, on-ground) — you’ll get full training on the tools. Communicate directly with students and parents — understand their needs, share Tads’ programmes, and support lead conversions. Track engagement data, follow up on leads, and identify new growth opportunities. Work closely with mentors and counsellors to refine outreach strategies and ensure measurable outcomes. What You’ll Bring? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy connecting with people. High learning agility — you pick up new tools, systems, and methods quickly. Ownership mindset — you follow through and deliver without needing reminders. Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Open to working on-site, 6 days a week, in Jaipur. Experience (0–2 years) in growth, marketing, or partnerships is a bonus — not mandatory.
