About the Role-

We’re looking for a Growth Manager who brings energy, curiosity, and exceptional people skills to the table. This role is all about communication, initiative, and learning agility — not prior technical experience. You’ll help Tads expand its presence across universities and digital channels, connect with students, and ensure that every conversation translates into opportunity.

What You’ll Do?

• Lead outreach and engagement across university campuses — building collaborations with student leaders, placement cells, and faculty representatives.
• Coordinate and execute awareness campaigns (email, WhatsApp, on-ground) — you’ll get full training on the tools.
• Communicate directly with students and parents — understand their needs, share Tads’ programmes, and support lead conversions.
• Track engagement data, follow up on leads, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work closely with mentors and counsellors to refine outreach strategies and ensure measurable outcomes.
