Growth Manager

About the Role:

We are hiring a Growth Manager to handle Franchise Acquisition, Expansion, and Back Office Operations. The role also involves overseeing branch performance, ensuring their growth and day-to-day operational support, and managing essential back-office tasks for smooth and efficient functioning. You will play a key role in driving business growth by onboarding new franchise partners, supporting them throughout their journey, and contributing to the overall expansion of the brand.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Franchise Support & Coordination

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to onboarded franchise centers.
• Coordinate between internal departments and franchise partners for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure all franchise-related documentation, agreements, and reports are properly maintained.

2. Lead Management & Conversion

• Handle all inbound franchise inquiries and provide detailed counseling about products and business models.
• Diligently follow up with interested partners to ensure timely conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads, calls, and client interactions.

3. Back Office Operations

• Manage and update franchise data, reports, and documentation.
• Provide strategies and inputs for admission growth of branches.
• Handle communication, coordination, and record-keeping for franchise and support activities.
• Maintain proper filing of inquiries, agreements, and follow-ups.
• Support the management team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

4. Franchise Acquisition & Expansion

• Manage and expand franchise networks across assigned regions.
• Conduct on-ground visits for site inspections, market surveys, and relationship building with potential franchise partners.
• Support local branches and service assigned cities through regular visits and coordination.

Requirements / Must Have

• Personal Laptop
• Android Phone (for call recordings – to be shared in the official WhatsApp group after each call)
• Dedicated SIM Card for official use only
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
