Social Media Content Executive

About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Executive to join our team full-time in Kolkata. The ideal candidate is someone who can ideate, write, and design engaging content tailored for different platforms. You should be hands-on with Canva, have a strong visual sense, and a passion for digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities 1) Content Creation: Develop original, platform-specific content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Write compelling captions, short-form copy, and occasional blog-style posts. Adapt content tone and messaging to suit each platform and audience. 2) Design & Visual Execution: Design static posts, carousels, stories, and short videos using Canva (knowledge of Canva is mandatory). Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all creatives. Collaborate with the marketing/design team for campaign rollouts and brand assets. 3) Social Media Management Support: Schedule and publish content across platforms using publishing tools. Engage with comments, DMs, and basic community interactions. Assist in tracking post performance and preparing weekly content reports. Skills & Qualifications Experience in social media content creation and design. Strong command of Canva (this is a must). Ability to write clear, engaging, and error-free copy in Hindi and English. Understanding of current social media trends, formats, and best practices. Basic knowledge of video editing is a bonus. Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working with deadlines.
