Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy: Define and implement the growth strategy to increase user base and revenue aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, customer behavior trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand visibility.

Requirement

• Experience: 2-6 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track record.
• Education: B.tech/Bachelor’s degree from a premier institute; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret complex data and analytics.
