About Us

We are looking for a Growth Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s direct growth through sales, business development, marketing, and strategic initiatives.


Role Overview


The Growth Manager will be responsible for scaling the company’s revenue, expanding client relationships, implementing effective marketing strategies, and building strong processes (SOPs) that enhance efficiency. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to ensure consistent and sustainable growth for the company.


Key Responsibilities


  • Business Growth & Sales
  • Drive sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies.


Marketing & Strategy


  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
  • Oversee brand positioning, online presence, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to make data-driven growth decisions.


Company Strategy & Process Building


  • Design and implement SOPs and workflows to optimize operations.
  • Introduce strategic changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and report key growth metrics to leadership.


Team & Client Management


  • Lead, manage, and motivate the internal team to achieve company goals.
  • Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in business growth, sales, or business development (preferably in digital marketing or technology industry).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and digital growth channels.
  • Experience in creating and implementing SOPs, processes, and workflows inside a company.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage both team and clients effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
