About the Team:

Growth Managers at Ninjacart are responsible for helping our customer(s) grow disproportionately by covering multiple capabilities and tools. Think of it as the CEO of the customer’s business. You will own solutions, execution, and PnL of a project. Your learning will be multi-functional and not restricted to one function but will be around multiple functions such as sales, growing supply, operations, products, demand generation, digitization of business, etc.

As part of the effort to build the Ninja Mandi businesses and to identify and grow future business leaders, Ninjacart is hiring Growth Managers. This is a coveted project within Ninjacart that gives you a holistic

opportunity to work with the best in the industry, learn deeper, and grow faster. The project is spread over 12 months, where you will have the opportunity to directly face the customer and help them grow their business by figuring out the right solutions & capabilities.

• Note:

  This is a customer onsite role for the first year. You will be based out of customer business location for 80% of your time in the role. Post first year, you will manage multiple customers and travel across locations with Bangalore as the base

• Travel:

  This role requires extensive travel and operating out of customer locations for the first 2 years, but will contribute immensely to your learning experience and shape your future career growth.
• Please avoid applying to this role, if you are looking for only office based role in first 2 years

Responsibilities

• On the customer’s growth end to end. You will be responsible for growing the customers revenue by 3x in the next year
• Own both the solution and execution parts of the project
• Build additional sales channels for selling of stock
• Figure out the blockers for growth, work with multiple stakeholders and solve the same
• Coordination and engagement with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization
• Bring in all the required capabilities together to ensure the customer is growing faster
• Drive implementation of new solutions and iterate faster
• Own the P&L of the project

• 1 to 3 years of experience from top MBA / engineering institutes
• Startup experience with a highly inherent urge to spend time in the market
