Growth Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the company’s client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on growth performance and targets achieved.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, growth, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Experience in the IT/software services industry will be a plus.
• Must be comfortable with on-site working.
