Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution:

  Develop, implement, and manage data-driven growth strategies across all digital channels (paid, owned, earned).

• Performance Marketing:

  Optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta), boost organic traffic (SEO), and manage acquisition funnels.

• Experimentation:

  Design and run A/B tests, CRO initiatives, and iterative experiments to improve conversion rates and ROI.

• Data Analysis:

  Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, Activation Rate), analyze web/social analytics (GA4), and report on campaign performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work with Content, Product, Design, and Sales teams to align efforts and scale growth.

• Budget & Team Management:

  Manage marketing budgets, allocate spend, and potentially lead junior marketers or agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  5+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency focusing on acquisition of new clients.

• Technical Skills:

  Understanding of Google/Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, digital marketing techniques which will be essential to understand the clients needs and recommend them solutions.

• Analytical Mindset:

  Strong ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and problem-solve.

• Creative & Strategic:

  Make strategies to tie up with influencers and other businesses to increase revenue of the company.

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
