About the Role

Founding Growth Manager

You will work closely with founders and product to design scalable sales motions, test new channels, and build relationships that convert interest into long-term trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through structured outreach, experimentation, and data-backed iteration.
• Build and refine the sales pipeline, processes, and playbooks to support scale.
• Conduct high-quality presentations and conversations with users and partners.
• Identify customer insights and feed them back into product and growth strategies.
• Track performance metrics, optimize conversion funnels, and report outcomes regularly.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and clarity across all communication channels.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related functions.
• Education in Business, Marketing, or STEM (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments, experimentation, and handling ambiguity.
• A proactive, disciplined approach to execution with a bias for action.
