Job Description

Key Responsibilities

? Build and oversee influencer marketing strategies to complement brand campaigns

? Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our values and audience

? Monitor and analyze brand campaign performance across channels digital, social, influencer, and PR.

? Optimize content, channels, and strategies based on performance insights and audience behavior

? Own key KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, share of voice, and customer acquisition metrics

? Lead development of brand campaigns, storytelling frameworks, and messaging for digital platforms, partnerships, and offline activations

? Build and optimize the entire student acquisition funnel: awareness ? consideration ? enrollment ? advocacy

? Establish clear KPIs and OKRs; measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns for CAC, conversion rates, and unit economics
