Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Revenue & Admissions Management

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue & admission targets.
  • Ensure 80%+ conversion from walk-ins to counselling and 3040% conversion from counselling to admissions.
  • Drive upsell/cross-sell of additional courses and services.
  • Ensure year-on-year growth in enrolments and revenue.

2. Lead Management & Marketing Execution

  • Ensure 100% lead allocation and timely follow-ups through CRM (Meritto/LeadSquared).
  • Track counsellor performance and lead progress daily.
  • Execute 4–6 monthly marketing activities such as seminars, school visits, workshops, and events.
  • Review weekly lead, funnel, and marketing performance reports.

3. Academic Delivery & Student Experience

  • Ensure 95%+ faculty availability and smooth class operations.
  • Conduct weekly academic & delivery audits.
  • Maintain student satisfaction score of 4.5/5 or higher.
  • Monitor timely syllabus completion and student learning outcomes.

4. Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor counsellors, faculty coordinators, and support staff.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and set monthly KPIs.
  • Deliver monthly training for counsellors on sales, communication, and CRM usage.
  • Ensure 80%+ team members consistently achieve their KPIs.

5. Branch Operations, Administration & Finance

  • Manage branch operations within approved budgets and cost guidelines.
  • Ensure complete compliance with documentation, fee records, audits, and reporting processes.
  • Achieve 95%+ fee collection efficiency; support recovery from pending accounts.
  • Maintain safety, infrastructure upkeep, and overall centre hygiene.

6. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with academic, marketing, HR, and finance teams for seamless centre functioning.
  • Share weekly MIS, revenue updates, lead reports, service feedback, and escalations with management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Min.

    3–7 years’ experience

    in EdTech, coaching, training centres, K–12, or education services.
  • Strong leadership, counselling, team handling & sales management skills.
  • Experience in branch operations, admissions, academic coordination, and CRM usage.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
