Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of India's largest online coding EdTech companies. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.

Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal, and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we continuously work on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing toward becoming the de facto coding education company in India.

The company has raised more than 22 Million USD to date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi, etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.

With our specific learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution, and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

Coding Ninjas is redefining tech education in the country. After upskilling 2,00,000+ students (including 5,000+ IITians), we are now building a next gen 4 year AI-native program. This is an exciting new initiative that combines a world-class campus with Coding Ninjas’ decade of expertise in edtech and we are now looking to hire superstars.

About the Role

Founder’s Office

We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, analytical, and thrives in unstructured environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders on

  mission-critical projects

  spanning growth, strategy, ops, and community.

• Identify, analyze, and solve problems

  across functions - from admissions to student experience to partnerships.

• Design and execute experiments

  (new funnels, campaigns, events, product ideas) and double down on what works.
• Conduct

  market and competitor research

  , synthesize insights, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Drive

  cross-functional execution

  by aligning marketing, product, operations, and academic teams.
• Build

  processes and playbooks

  that scale - from GTM campaigns to admissions workflows.
• Take ownership of

  special projects

  that don’t fit neatly into one function but are crucial for growth.
• Create

  dashboards and reports

  to track KPIs and help leadership make data-backed decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in

  consulting, program management, business strategy, or a fast-paced startup
