Role Description

Growth Officer (Founding Team)

This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work directly with the founder and own key parts of sales, client success, and growth operations. You’ll be hands-on in driving revenue, building client relationships, executing campaigns, and shaping strategy.

• Drive sales strategies and onboard new clients
• Manage client success and ensure measurable results
• Identify opportunities for growth and business partnerships
• Conduct market research and analyze data for decision-making
• Manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Proven experience in

  Sales / Business Development / Marketing

• Strong problem-solving and project management ability
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative, strategic thinking
• Prior startup or early-team experience is a big plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
