Role Description We’re hiring a Growth Officer (Founding Team) to join us full-time in Gurugram. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work directly with the founder and own key parts of sales, client success, and growth operations. You’ll be hands-on in driving revenue, building client relationships, executing campaigns, and shaping strategy. Responsibilities Drive sales strategies and onboard new clients Manage client success and ensure measurable results Identify opportunities for growth and business partnerships Conduct market research and analyze data for decision-making Manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional tasks Experiment, learn, and contribute to scaling the business Qualifications Excellent communication & relationship-building skills Proven experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing Strong problem-solving and project management ability Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative, strategic thinking Prior startup or early-team experience is a big plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
