Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and channels. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance channel performance. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that drive growth. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess channel effectiveness. Identify and mitigate risks associated with channel strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and initiatives. Develop training materials and resources for team members. Report on channel performance and growth metrics to senior management. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions. Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for channel initiatives. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for channel expansion. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize channel approaches and tactics. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within channel strategies. Support the recruitment and onboarding of new channel team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth management or channel development. Proven track record of successfully driving growth through new channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with CRM and analytics software. Willingness to be onsite in India. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset and a passion for innovation. Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building. Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
